How much does it cost?

Every job is different — it depends on the garment, quantity, number of colors, and print locations. The fastest way to get a number is our estimate tool. Estimates are rough, not final — your invoice is the real number.

What’s the minimum order?

Embroidery has no minimum — we can stitch a single garment. It costs more per piece at low quantities, and the deal gets better the more you order. Catalog screen printing starts at 25 pieces. All-over prints and custom printing start at 30 pieces, which includes your choice of true-to-size or oversized fit — woven neck labels available at extra cost.

What artwork files do you need?

Vector files are best (AI, EPS, or PDF). If your logo isn’t vector, we can vectorize it for a fee. Embroidery also needs your logo digitized — that’s a flat fee per logo.

I don’t have artwork. Can you design it?

Yes. Design work is billed by the hour. Send us your idea and we’ll take it from there.

How do I pick garments?

Browse the S&S Activewear catalog, pick your styles, and enter the current retail price as-is in the estimate tool.

How long will my order take?

Depends on the job — quantity, decoration type, and our current queue. We’ll give you a timeline with your estimate.

How do I pay?

We send a Square invoice after you approve the estimate. Payment is due up front, then we start production.

Where are you located?

We’re in Temecula, California. Embroidery and screen printing are done in-house, right here in our shop.
